Meet Andrea E. Bacchi - Owner & Founder

  • I have over 20 years of experience combined in the areas of social media marketing, email marketing, administrative assistant work, teaching, consulting, small business development, recruiting, career coaching, music business, and music.

  • Currently, I am a Marketing Consultant with the Vermont Small Business Development Center.  I teach clients how to grow their brands and businesses using social media and email marketing.

  • My focus is on businesses and brands from Vermont, New York, and New England because of my connections to all but since I work from home and I’m online-based, I am able to work with businesses and organizations from all over the world.
  • I realized my love for social media and email marketing and small business development when my mother, Barbara Bacchi, started her specialty cookie company – Vermont Moonlight Cookies – more than 18 years ago. I wanted to help her promote her business which focuses on Vermont themes and products – like King Arthur Flour, Cabot Butter, and local maple syrup and jam – and I enjoyed the work so much that I decided to study Business Administration and Marketing in 2005 thanks to her inspiration and drive. Barbara’s Maple Shortbread was the Snack of the Day on Rachael Ray! And, she’s still baking specialty cookies at 73!
  • I’m a Certified Constant Contact Partner so I can help my clients in the best way possible.

  • I’ve worked with clients in the following industries:

    • Restaurant & Tavern
    • Environmental & Native Seeds

  • I believe that so many small businesses and organizations have excellent products and services but just don’t know how to market themselves or get the support that they need but don’t know where to look. That’s where I, and Think Dynamic Digital, LLC, come in.

  • I’ve been a musician since I was 10 years old. I started on violin and soon after moved to the trumpet. I very much enjoyed high school marching band and went off to college to study music to become a music therapist. Once I graduated with my Associate of Science in Music from SUNY Adirondack (Adirondack Community College at that time) I decided that music was my passion – to play and listen to so I put music therapy in my back pocket and went on to study Business, instead. Both areas of study have made a positive difference in my life.

  • I utilized music therapy later in life when I suffered acoustic trauma and needed to turn to it after the suggestion from my Audiologist to help retrain my ear to accept sound without pain. (You can read more about this below. It’s called Hyperacusis). Music therapy is amazing and life-changing!

  • I am a big fan of Jazz, Classical, Funky Jazz, marching band music, street bands, and basically anything with brass in it. I also enjoy singing and am an alto but prefer to play my horn. When possible.
  • Currently, I sit on a few committees and boards advocating for issues I feel strongly about: They are:
  • Boards, committees, and volunteer positions I’ve held in the past:
    • Kiwanis Club of Pittsfield MA President & Marketing Chair
    • Eagles Community Band Marketing Chair
    • UU Bennington Marketing Chair

  • Topics I care strongly about are:
    • hearing health and hearing disability, Hyperacusis (pain from noise)
    • Social Responsibility
    • Renewable energy, sustainability, and environmentalism
    • Tiny houses and #VanLife
    • Women in technology
    • Remote work

  • I administer the following Facebook pages as a volunteer to help build awareness about the beautiful state of Vermont:
